Quantic Dream is an award-winning French video game developer and publisher established in Paris in 1997 by industry veteran David Cage. The studio was founded to create AAA games with a focus on emotional, interactive storytelling and has been at the forefront of innovation in narrative, popularising the genre of choice-dependent stories while consistently driving technological innovation within the gaming space. 2019 marked a landmark year for Quantic Dream, as the studio began self-publishing all its internally produced titles, and is also bringing original, innovative and high-quality third-party developed games to market across all genres and platforms.

We are hiring an Associate Brand Manager to work in the newly formed Publishing Team. The Associate Brand Manager will report to the International Brand Manager and support the day-to-day functions of the burgeoning Marketing department within the Publishing Team. This role will be instrumental in the development of processes, have a say in the creative and editorial strategies of marketing campaigns, and provide benchmarking and data analysis to inform future marketing programs.

As Associate Brand Manager, you will be in charge of:

Project and asset management:

- Act as product lead, coordinating the creation of marketing assets (packaging for games/merch, trailer branding [end cards, metadata, descriptions], banners, product sheets, etc.)

- Handle the localization of our assets according to our publishing strategy

- Coordinate all other day-to-day marketing requests with internal and external stakeholders.


Content management:

- Lead implementation of new features and content refresh on our website and shop in collaboration with PR/editorial team

- Manage the CRM lifecycle (email content, building the email templates, and deploying emails to the right targets) in partnership with the Brand Manager

- Provide benchmarks for new internal and external tools and make process improvement recommendations

- Maintain cross-functional schedules and content calendars.


Reporting and analysis:

- Manage monthly KPI reports for our owned channels (social, YouTube, website, etc.), create regular analysis and optimization recommendations, and follow through on optimization implementations

- Create performance reports of our key assets and campaigns (like trailers, digital media programs, etc.).


Profil souhaité

  • French and English fluency
  • 1-3 years’ professional experience in marketing – preferably in the video game space
  • Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal hand-holding
  • MS Office proficiency, notably with Excel and Powerpoint
  • Creative problem-solving abilities with an eye for data and analysis
  • A positive and motivated attitude ready to delve into a start-up feeling environment
  • Extreme detail-orientation and a desire to make an impact at the ground level of a new adventure.
